Hi Guys,
If you search key word vibrant media you can see homepage,aboutus,management team links etc how do we get that type of results for my website.

You don't, basically.
Google decided who gets that treatment. if they feel you are a serious "authority" site, you get that sort of treatment.
Everyone wants it, so few will ever get it.
Best advice is to concentrate on building loads of unique, useful content. If G loves you, it'll show.
