Over the last month my traffic has increasingly gone down. Starting from every Monday in the last month my traffic went like this:

867
717
654
601
573

My PPC ads are not running as often so could this be the reason? I am feeling anxious that the traffic is consistently going down every week. We still have great rankings in the engines. DO you see any other explanation for this besides the PPC traffic.

You will need to check your logs to see how much traffic is delivered by PPC and how much is delivered by organic methods.

Do you have a Google Analytics account? You will be able to get the info from there.

Check your statcounter or google analytics and find the visitors path so that you can analyze what is the main reason of decreament of traffic.

PPC depends upon bidding. The more you bid the better traffic you get for a particular keyword.

On my view with PPC, you should continue SEO.
