I need some help for internet marketing. How can I market products online? I am a fresher and I require detailed knowledge about this. Can any one tell me some information about internet marketing?

Its really a rough question to answer anything about online marketing.
there are many ways to market your product.
PPC
link exchanging
affiliate marketing
Through SN sites
Forums
Blogs etc etc
these are really very few.(even I don't know much about it. I am also learning many things, everyday)
If you really want to succeed in online industry, two things are essential
1.curiosity to know more
2.Eagerness to earn money.

You need to be really careful about link exchanges.
There is a lot of junk out there that you really do not wanted to link to.

wasn't the start of this tread a spam posting, if not, sorry about my sarcastic answer.
1) The biggest thing I find is that people want to only use the web to advertise. I don't think people should just rely on the web. it should be just another part of your over all marketing plan.
2)People also think that internet promotion is cheap or free. It is not. If your starting a business you need a budget for PR and marketing.
3) People think that the internet makes the marketing, advertising and business environment a "level playone field". It does not, the people who understand and provide for number 2 will beat you everytime.
