Hi
In this world every one wants to be rich. No one wants to do hard work, people want to earn easy money. I had a business before and that time I used to work 15- 16 hrs daily. But now I want to earn while I am with my family. I want to spend most of the time with my children. In the present time, most of them are doing online business; I also want some suggestions to start an online business. So please help me in this. I will be grateful for your information.

Thinking of the web as a 'get rich-quick and spend-more-time-with-the-family' scheme is a dream, not a guarantee. In fact, as each year passes, more people jump on, so it's getting tougher, not easier. Plus the number of idiots throwing money around is shrinking, not growing, as the web moves towards saturation (at least in the richer nations).
If you talk with your family, most of them will admit that if they were starting NOW, it would be tougher.
They might also give you pointers as to good niches where they could give you links, support, and other help that effectively will cost them nothing. Plus they'll be able to help in teaching you - maybe give you a job for a year or two to get those skills up.
If you plan to enter the market as a buyer of an existing going concern, talk to the family; you don't want to compete with them, and their success will have taught them what signs to look for, what to avoid, and some idea of value.
Talk to the family. In depth. Stop dreaming. Now!

If you expect to earn out of the Online market, I would say that you need to have a unique theme that could spread like a virus. Since the existing businesses have achieved so much authority that to compete with them would need a Lots of money for marketing and a long gestation period.

making money online is like the real world you need to work hard and have a good idea, there is no get rich fast and do nothing magic pill on the web, think of what your skills are and what you can offer the people online,if you cant think of any service that you can offer the people, think of what you can choose and go learn about it,selling stuff online can be a good way to make money , but sell what? and how to find the people to know about your product? so take your time and plan it well and dont fall for those get rich fast scams online , that tell you to pay them some money and they show you the way of how to become a millionaire online. I thought you'd call it out and mock it for a while, before deleting it.
I love those posts that say "I'm making 5000 per day".
I always have to ask, "WTF are you doing here then?".

I searched for that "System" on net. It's a pyramid type of system, where actual product is secondary. The main goal is to sell memberships. IMO, it's a scam.

Hi ryanjone,
Let me tell you two things. First of all
"There is no short cut for Success" and "No alternative to Hard Wok".
So whatever you intend to do, you have to put your heart and soul to succeed. And earning money is no exception. Yes, you can earn money through online marketing, but again a lot of planning and hard work is required.
Now the second point : How to earn money online. There are a number of ways and affiliate marketing is just one of them. Just join an affiliate program and do business from your home. Just do proper market and product research before starting anything.
