If on the OLD site we filled two pages with content, and on the NEW site, we fit it all onto one page, how are the redirects handled?
Should I do a redirect for both original pages, pointing to the single new page? Or would that be bad?

Add "A Name" tags to the content on new page and redirect the both old pages to the related "A Name" tag.

301 each 'old' page to the appropriate 'new' page.

Two redirecting to one isn't a major issue.
