i m webmaster of an seo service India site which related to seo and sem from few days i m facing a problem of up and down in page rank. can any one tell me region behind this. i am not able to understand this problem and plz tell give me solution or any positive step.

It looks like toolbar problem not a PR problem.

dont pay to much attention the goge PR on toolbar
if u wanna checl more do it random from a program directly
