As i have changed the content of my website. But google are still showing me an old version of cache. I want the google update my cache version of website automatically. It did'nt do anything , its a week time to age when i uploaded updated content of my website. But google are showing me an old version of cache.
Can anyone tell me how can i force google for update cache of my website. And what will be the procedure in future whenever i will change the content of my website, will google update the cache of my website automatically.
The quick response in the matter will be highly appreciated.

the next time google indexes your site the new content ill show up , if you are in a hurry maybe if you sign up for the google's webmasters tool then you could do do that request and make a siemap

... but you cannot 'force' Google to do anything, and you'll be risking your listing if you try.
Remember that few people other than you (if any) will ever be looking at your cache.
What is important is if the new pages are showing in the index?

i dont think thats true quad.. if you're saying that the cache and the index listings are two seperate things.. they're not.
What he's saying is that he's updated his content, and the cache still shows his old content. If that is happening google hasnt yet visited and indexed your updated content. The cache comes from the last visit to the page.
Ie cache equals what google saw on the last crawl. You cant have a new index listing and an old cache... the two things are directly linked. When have you ever seen a listed page which doesnt match the cache?

The cache is not necessarily updated on every spidering - at least, that's my understanding.
If that's wrong, my apologies - I never ever look at my own sites' caches, so I am not speaking from experience.

If the spider has visited and successfully parsed your page then the cache is updated. This is then used in the index listing.
The cache is what creates the index. Its googles current stored version of your website. Its useful to check the cache to see if minor changes that you made have been successful in the search results. Ie if the cache shows your recent changes, but your results havent improved, then what you did hasnt worked.
Checking the cache is in my opinion absolutely necessary to see what going on with your listings. It also gives the date the page was last visited/cached.

It can take more than a month for the cache to change.
It will happen when it happens.
