I have a problem in getting deep link directories.
Can anyone give me a hand on this?

you mean links to your deeper pages from directories? Its simple.. if its products, find a relevant directory which relates to your products, and submit the link to your target page.

many people think that they should only have their main or index page show in se results. Or, they redirect all incoming links to the main.index page. this is wrong. All content or product pages of your website should be optimized to rank for themselves and should have incoming links directly to the relevent page. Thus, if its a product directory for search engine submission software, the link in that directory should go to your search engine submission software page, not your home page. this will give you depth.
