I want to see if my current format for image galleries is negatively affecting my search engine rankings. Currently, my image gallery opens each image in a new url.
For example, the page that links to the images is www.domain.com/html/keyword.html
Each image opens a new url similar to:
www.domain.com/html/keyword_01.html
Will having several pages like this hurt the ranking of the first page?
If I need to change my format, what is the most search engine friendly method for creating image galleries?
