This tool was highlighted in yesterday's Axandra newsletter. It looks very similar to the report generated by MarketLeap's tool, except you download it to your desktop and use it from there.

Has anyone used it? What did you guys think of it. I've been considering downloading it, but I'm not a big fan of downloading new programs to my desktop without some background on them.

Added: I see that it's a product produced by the folks that do the ARELIS link popularity tool...I'm guessing it's a free program to work as a marketing arm to get folks to purchase ARELIS.

I'm with you thejenn - I have an aversion to downloading unknown .exe's, but for the sake of the forum I'm downloading it and trying it out smile

Well first impressions are that it does what it says without any problems or nag screens, but there are quite a few buttons advertising Axandra's products eg 'Get A Top 10 Search Engine Ranking'

You'll want to remove many of the default sites to check though, unless you're competing with ebay.com and internet.com wink

Yeah, I broke down and got it as well.

It's basically the same information you get from the Marketleap tool, but without the added benefit of being able to click on the number of links to jump to the SERP listing.

Seems kinda pointless to me. Going to uninstall it and stick with Marketleap for now. smile

have used this tool in the past and have also tried using Arelis, which they advertise. We quickly stopped using this tool once we found out that Axandra was banned from google. be very careful when using these software tools, especially a tool that uses the search engines to find what you need. opinion only.

    Hi shannoncox smile

You should be ok using tools like this as long as you don't use a static ip address - they make you VERY easy to track
