Can someone please tell me how I can get rid of the pop-ups that start as http://xads.cliks.org, then move into my homepage? Almost everytime I log onto the internet, this comes up, and I can't view anything, but am desperately trying to get rid of it. Also, can someone tell me what it actually is?

Eek, looks like you may have been infested with a browser parasite. You might wanna try downloading and running one of these applications to try and clean your computer of scumware.
