    Hi,

    I'm looking for a simple and cheap URL spider script that we can use to set up our own private search engine. One that you just plug in the URL and that web site gets put on a one of our web pages.

    The Fluid Dynamics Search Engine allows you to spider remote sites, and is available at: http://www.xav.com/scripts/search/

    There is a freeware and a shareware version ($40) to choose from and IMO they're both excellent scripts.
