I've been in contact with WordTracker about filter options and multilanguage possibilities several times, but they say no all the time. This has been bugging me so much that I decided to develop my own tool.
For the time being, it can only make searches in the biggest SE in Norway, but we're of course planning on expanding to other SEs as well.
The features we have so far is:
Keyword analysis - Popularity and Competitiveness
KEI analysis
Deep analysis on related keywords
What I'm particularly interested in is:
- Suggestions for improvements over WT feature-wise
- Recommendations on SEs in general
- Recommendations on large national SEs
- Other general suggestions

I think the regional versions of Overture have keyword suggestion utilities like the english one - you may be able to incorporate their data if it's within Overture's TOS or if you strike a deal with them.

ok...this is kinda funny. I signed an agent deal with Kvasir, the biggest SE in Norway today. Basically gives us provision on Kvasirs version of Google AdWord.
Anyway, we were talking about statistics and stuff, so I had to show this guy my new eminent WordTracker-ish tool. When he saw the name we gave it, Kvasir-O-Matic, he laughed his a*s off, and when I showed it in action, he said "I want a tool like this, cause it's much better than ours".
How awesome is that?:D
