Hi suthra
I wouldn't trust any cloaking script that costs $20-30
If you want something that works you are going to have to pay substantially more than that
Check here for some companies that produce such scripts: http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Promotion/Cloaking/?il=1

Keep in mind that after you get a cloaking script setup, you need to continually keep your spiders ip database up to date, which will probly be an ongoing cost.

Any feedback on results would be appreciated.

What does that mean?

If your cloaking script cloaks based on the address of the visitor to your site, then you'll need to keep up with the latest IP addresses so that you serve the content to the proper IP address.
When Google visits a website, their ip address is shown. If your script shows one version of a page to Google based on its IP address and another version to other visitors and Google changes their IP address, then your cloaking script won't work.

Regarding cloaking issues, I have done a bit of reserach myself and have found that most cloaking scripts/programs are using oudated technology, what I mean by that is ip detection routines are bound to get you caught. However, I have found a program that does not use out dated technology..I think. See what you think about this application and maybe I will giv it a try. http://www.phantomcloaking.com
It's not too expensive and from what I can gather it is new.

I personally would not condone Search Engine cloaking, but you know the risks so it is your own choice. Just for a warning a friend of my is trying to develop a tool that grab a page from google results / results cached and send the same request with a spoofed ip and agent header i.e. supposedly from Googlebot to the same page and compares the screenshots of both pages. Maybe I should go into business with him and backsell it to Google ... if it works properly, but maybe Google don't care and are just basically looking with blind eyes!
