I have a web portal with about 500K + Uniques and 1.5 M hits per month.
I have been searching via inktomi (overture) and Google to buy their SE results listing and have them customized for my Site, I have not been able to get anyone to contact me back from any of the places above.
Any one know how to get in contact with any of them, any information would be much obliged.

What exactly do you mean by 'buy their SE results'?
If it is using their technology this may help for Google - http://www.google.co.uk/appliance/sitesearch.html
