Anyone know of a tool that can produce a list of every single unique URL on a site?

I think Xenu will output a sitemap when you run it on a URL.

Xenu Link Sleuth does output a sitemap in it's report - the Sitemap uses the page title as link text and you can copy/paste the whole thing from source to your sitemap page.
It's a free download and runs 'very quick' from your desktop.
It's main purpose is as a link checker (looking for broken links) but the reports present more info than that (like a sitemap).
** no affiliation with Xenu, just love the program
Adding those other 2 look interesting.. I'm downloading Site Map Pro to check it out but the other is a bit costly.

I purchased it, but don't use it much (if ever) - I like to get my hands on my sitemaps and do them manually by myself You know, uphill against the snow.

exell (this time it is you; I think ) it may seem out dated but I do all my site maps by hand too. It is that nitti-gritty work that I believe makes a difference in the end. Site maps, submission, linking, all hand made for me please (don't like the automation, in these topics).

I think it makes a difference too greenleaves.. it's those extra touchs in the quality control sector that can really count.

Thanks for the input everyone, I appreciate it. I agree, it is better to do it by hand, but I am looking to build a rough sitemap of all the products on our site (~700), and that would be a nightmare to do without some form of automation -- I'm thinking of it more as a product catalogue page instead of a user site map.

patrickh.. I think it is a good thing to bung it out automatically and then run through it with corrections that are obvious.. it is also a good way to check things like: structure, overview titles/descriptions etc.

I was a hard and fast 'do it by hand' type of person myself... until I got a clue reviewing a link report from Xenu one day.
Now I run the link checker (should be done anyway) and after checking all that and making any necessary corrections I copy/paste the sitemap it provides and alter the format to fit the site, add description where necessary and can be comfortable knowing that I haven't missed anything I didn't intend to miss.
It shaves hours off the process but the outcome is exactly the same.

I haven't made a site map for anything bigger than 140 pages, and that was horrible. Good luck.

Hi
I have inherited a site with over 50 pages and various email addresses all over the place.
Can anyone recomend a free tool to map them automatically so I can update them and maybe get them all in one place so I can change them if the spam gets out of control.
The thought of trying to check each page is making my head hurt!
Thanks, Gay

Well, in my semi-mod capacity, I see no problem in your post 123promotion as it certainly is useful.

I use both Xtreeme SiteExpert and Xenu. I mainly use Xenu as it produces excellent text based results, which take seconds to copy and paste into a web page. Except for dynamic pages, where it has a heart attack on many sites that use them. Then I use SiteExpert.
SiteExpert has lots of bells and whistles, which may appeal to some eg little images beside each link. I only ever use 100% text links so such bells and whistles are of no interest to me. However, SiteExpert copes with dynamic pages quite well.
FWIW.
