if anyone can tell me how to handle japanese and special german characters, I would appreciate it a lot!

Actually, there are some flaws...especially it doesn't submit special characters in languages like German.
Also, Australia sometimes returns strange things...they must format the page differently.
And, on the theme of special characters, I would like to add Japanese and Korean, but have to figure out how to handle the different character sets.
