Hello!

After 3 days of research, I have narrowed it down to ClickTracks or iWebtrack.
We are mostly interested in 1)at what point do people leave our website 2) Navigation (where are they going in what order and 3) Where are they coming from (Goole, Overture, or organically).

Anyone have any comments about one software versus the other? I have read on the forums that people really like ClickTracks customer service. And whichever we choose, I'd go with the hosted model. Any horror stories, praise, or suggestions gratefully received.

And my apologies if this request is in the wrong forum!

We current use Click tracks and it has proved to be a life saver clearly showing problem areas within websites, although we don't use it to its full potential in regards to its PPC features I would recommend it. Never used iwebtrack so cannot comment on that one.

FastStats is a pretty cheap alternative, and it lives up to it's name: http://www.mach5.com/products/analyzer/

Affinity - thanks for the feedback. I did the Clicktracks free webinar yesterday. Next step will be the 15 day trial. I am not going to go with iwebtrack due to lack of information about its juse in "real life". Clearly Clicktracks has a reasonable, and it appears happy, customer base, which is always reassuring.I will also look at Sawmill and t Faststats today. So many choices! Thanks again.

ClickTracks is my personal favorite and yes, their customer service is outstanding. Great tech support, very responsive. It's worth upgrading to the Pro version as opposed to Analyzer, lots of nice new features in the latest release.

There's a learning curve though, as it simply provides so much data that it's a bit easy to get overwhelmed. Once you get the hang of it though, I think you'll like it quite a bit.

Affinity - Thanks for your kind offer! The guy here who maintains the website is out on vacation this
week, so we'll probably start the trial after the 18th. I'll let you know how it goes! Gulp.
