Backlink Analyzer is a downloadable Windows based application. it is located at tools.seobook.com/backlink-analyzer It is similar to SEO Elite & Optilink, but free. I just beta launched it and am looking to get some user feedback for making the next version better. (Copy Shortcut)

The only problem is that it gives different number of URLs in the result at different times. You will need to improve on that. Rest of the functionalities are really worth to use in SEO.
