Any free tool to tell me if my site content is Search engine optimized for specific keywords, and if anything is below average helps me enhance it?

Don't forget that your content needs to be readable to humans.
If it isn't then they will not stay at your site...

You might try SiteReportCard.com It has FREE website analysis from HTML vaildation issues, load time, broken links check and a lot more. Also has a Top 100 keyword checker for your site on MSN,Google and Yahoo.

I use IBP from axandra.com and find it very useful and insightful. There is a free version available, but has limited functionality. It will give you the basics, so you could use that for a first pass.
