You'll find a lot of information on the web for Link Building.

You should visit www.ericward.com. Eric has been into link building for a long time and has a lot of good resources for those wanting to do link building on their own also.

Yes i already visited your specified url. Please specify me some dedicated sites particularly for link building & tips for increasing link building.

Some of the sites are claiming that there is no difference between link building and link popularity. Both are same and identical . Is it true. I am confused.

    Please clarify my doubts.

Link building is what you need to do, manually. Don't worry about link popularity - just focus on link building.

This must be done slowly, over time and the best way to do this right is to e-mail a related website and ask them to put up a link to your site. Slow going, but it does work.

DO NOT sign up for link building services that promise hndreds or thousands of links quickly - this can get your site in trouble with Google.

If you're after a comprehensive list of seo-friendly and high PR directories you should visit ((url removed)). This guy regularly updates the site and I find it works quite well. This site was originally recommended by Brad Callen of SEO Elite.

There are a lot of link building sites today. Just type "link exchange" in Google. I can recommend ((url removed)) and ((url removed)) for you to try.
