Live Tracking Needed

We are a 'Heavy Hitter' re: ppc and we would like a tracking tool that drags the refering search engine name (maybe even the original key phrase that prompted the search?) thru to our 'online application' (MS frontpage form) so that when we receive the application, we know the 'history' of the transaction.
