I am looking for a simple content management system solutions, which can easily be installed in asp.net websites. While doing a little research in the same, I came across many websites that were selling easy to use CMS Solutions. But I am in two thoughts whether I should buy it or get it personally designed for my website. Please suggest which, is a better option.
If you know of any web solutions firm that can help me build a CMS solution, please refer one to me.

oh, your on a windows machine, I would not use joomla as you posted in the other thread, joomla is designed for the LAMP stack and you need to have a lot of experience to get it to work on windows (.net,.asp environment)
I would recommend dotnetnuke or expressions web.

If you are looking for a simple CMS, you don't need to cough up any money as there are plenty of ready made open source solutions available. Most PHP CMS would work in an IIS server with little modifications. But you might have to spend a few hours testing them out.
CMSimple and OpenPHPNuke are simple easy to deploy CMS. Joomla , WordPress (though a blogging software is still used as a CMS) and Drupal are powerful CMS, but on the flip side have a steeper learning curve.

I don't know your skill level, but for people who are looking for a CMS to substitute for a lack of knowledge in HTML and basic programming language skills, etc, you will be out of luck. There is no replacement for basic knowledge and skills.
CMS certainly help, but you still need some skill.
You will need these skills expecially to make the SEO and SEF, as generally out of the box, they are poor on optimization.

Lack of skill leads many people to use a CMS as if it were some sort of "easy route". Sure it makes it easy to publish your content, but the work needed on the scripting before the site goes live can be quite complex.
To get those things right needs a lot of skill, as out of the box almost all CMS products are riddled with many problems that need a serious amount of tweaking to get completely right. Some are design errors.

The simplest I found:
For ASP sites is Nukedit
For PHP sites is Interspire
For static html = DreamWeaver + Contribute
Are any of these good from an SEO perspective? Different question.
