I don't think your site does a good enough job of convincing
me why I should use your services. Also, I was kinda put
off by the popup/under

Just one popup/under to help generate more traffic to site, its only on the first page. You see since you were not convinced to signup the next guy who sees my site because of you visiting it and leaving maybe will signup. I get credit for the popup/under and they work! What kind of stuff would you like to see to convince you to sign up?

your page feels like nothing more than a lose collection of affiliate marketing gimmicks to me. sorry if that's not the case. If you're going to have so many bullets and clickthoughs on your site, you need to *far* outweigh that with real, unique content. i'm left with the feeling that you'll sell my bookmarks and contact information to anyone, anywhere, anytime. it just doesn't feel solid or trustworthy.
