The site looks nice and is very user friendly. It looks like you've done a nice job with your titles and keywords. Now you really need to build up your popularity. I did a quick check on Google and there was only one site listed that references you. You should at least get entered into dmoz for starters. Maybe offer a 'link to us' page with several buttons/ads people can download and put on their site. Just my 2 cents.

I really like the design of the site... very relaxing!

I'm not an expert by any means, but I did notice a few things...

For some reason your page is completely to the left instead of centered on the page or even filling the page. I use ie6 / win me / res 800x600 I checked the site in higher resolutions and it went off to the left even more. You may want to consider using percentages for widths?

As far as SEO stuff I would definitely consider changing the title of the main page unless you think people are going to enter Spirit Whole into the search engines... research what key word or phrase people would type in that would lead to your site... then key in on those keywords in your content and title!

All in all you really have it going on! You're gonna end up with a great site with just some minor tweaking!

Nice design! The Main title graphic is very alluring. The thing that stands out is the free shipping offer. Stating up front that it takes $150 for special consideration could severly narrow additional click through rates.

The majority of your products are well under $100. Take a look at your log files and see what percentage is going past the main page. Percentages win the game.

Very nice looking site, only thing is it seems a bit narrow especially on higher resolutions. Also like ghostncricket said the title should be changed, when your site comes up on a search engine the very first thing that will stand out will be Spirit Whole which doesn't mean anything to most people. You could just move it to the back so it says Relaxation Remedies and Home Decor - Spirit Whole
