I will pipe in several times on this as I don't have the time to really go over things here very deeply right now...

let's look at the basics from Google's perspective..
    You have 134 pages indexed
Backlinks to your root index page shows 31 (no dmoz/google directory...not good...and if you have picked up some of the threads here and elsewhere .. getting into dmoz.org can be very difficult...always approach the situation with the utmost politeness ... many of the editors are stretched very thin..)

a quick glance at some of your top keywords/phrases shows some moderately competive variables...so when you acquire listings in the top 10 you will need to pay attention to things closely as their will be plenty of bumping and grinding going on between you and your competitors...

You need more variation in your page <title>'s .. this is what the browser's show at the very top in the blue strip and what the bots/engines use to set the hyperlink from the search listings..critical area to focus on...

You are also showing a script on pages that may need to only be on your page where people are filling out your order form...this is cc verification script...if nothing else this should be save as a .js file and pulled in via a link...

Also it looks like the spiders are picking up some of your scripting code and some non-standard characters and this is showing up in some of your titles/descriptions..

One thing you can do is pull apart your log files and figure out these two things:
What are the actual referrals (which web sites are people coming from beside search engine listings you may have) and aim to make sure you create some continuity between your site's content and the most important inbound web site links..

Check to see how people are moving through your site...and then make sure your navigation scheme optimizes their experience...obviously with a site selling your products seasonal and social events (birthdays, anniversaries...etc) will be critical...there's not much you can do about birthdays and anniversaries (though anniversaries have a bit more predictability because weddings traditionally happen during certain times of the year)...but certainly for the major holidays you can set the site for your best response to traffic and higher sales conversions...

Thank you for your insight. I have a follow up question for you. Why do the Backlinks to your root index page shows 31 (no dmoz/google directory)

I have a listing in the DMOZ for [url in profile] at (http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Gifts/Stationery/Greeting_Cards/Personalized/)

    Listing Reads..
[url in profile] - Send paper cards in envelopes directly. Offers a catalogue of designs for birthdays, holidays, and occasions. Includes a reminder service

I also have a listing in Google directory for [url in profile] at Google

Category: Shopping > Gifts > Stationery > Greeting Cards > Personalized

(Birthday, Holiday, Seasons Greeting Cards - Free Postage Greeting ...
Send paper cards in envelopes directly. Offers a catalogue of designs for birthdays, holidays, and...
([url in profile] )/ - Cached - Similar pages

You have an awful lot going on before the se can get to the body text and then once it does get there, I wonder if you need to look at focussing on different keywords.

    Are your customers searching for
    high quality paper cards
or greeting cards or something else altogether. I see you have birthday, anniversary and holiday in that first paragraph but maybe you could rewrite that paragraph so that the specific card types come before the high quality paper phrase.

Send birthday, anniversary, Valentine, Christmas, graduation and greeting cards the easy way...etc.

I´d add in Valentine and Christmas as they are surely two of your peak sales periods.

Okay..yes..the recent Google update shows a different set of backlinks by exposing the lesser value links with some of the most important ones left out...

Having those listings in dmoz and google directory are very important...glad you have them..

I agree with e10...you do have some javascript code in the <head> section of the page that needs to be addressed...(should be saved as a .js file in a plain text editor with no spaces before the starting line (don't save it in MS word or something that will automatically add some metadata to the document...save it in a simple plain text editor)...

The code that starts with "function PF_validateCreditCardNumber() {"...etc and shows on all your pages (revealing the fact that you might be using a single template and then pulling in everything from a database as the browser requests pages)... should really only show up on your order page where a customer is going to fill out your order form with an https:// lock...
