Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
I would put less info on your home page. Just your hook. When a person has to scroll down excessively to get all the info on your home page, it makes them impatient and likely to just click off to another site.
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
If your main purpose is to get people to sign up, I would have to say no. Divide the information on your home page up into other pages. It makes it easier to take in and be convinced.
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Since there appear to be few pages to navigate without joining, it's hard to answer this question. It isn't clear and easy to understand because of the amount of scrolling down a surfer has to do.
Appearance/Attractiveness
There is too much highlighting and boldface. It comes off as though the site is yelling everything and that every single word is "boomed". Save highlighting and boldface for the points you really want to emphasize. Oh and that paragraph at the beginning that is all in black type, I would only capitalize the words at the beginng of the sentences. It makes it easier to read.
Typos and grammar
I didn't notice any glaring errors
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
I seems like it would be okay on this score.

I have a problem with your site.....more from an ethic/moral point of view I guess.
You state Your All-In-One Stop For FREE Money-Making E-Books And Software To SUCCESSFULLY Build, Run And Automate Your On line Business And Rake In Profits INSTANTLY! 100% Guaranteed!
BUT then it costs 19.99 to get this FREE stuff??????
Also when I tried to check your HTML errors, there were too many for the validator to be able to read your site.
Your use of H tags could be used much better.
Don't get me wrong - you have a great idea - in my opinion, but you need to present it different to the public.....
just my 2 cents

Although I am sure what you are offering is great and you are offering something valuable, your homepage gives a feeling of a get-rich-quick scheme. There is way too much content on your home page and it is very hard to figure out among all of the content what it is you are really offering.
Eliminate all of the different fonts and make it look much cleaner.
I think you would be much more successful.

A little better... I still think there is too much content on the homepage.
Also, the white text in the light blue header banner is pretty hard to read.
