Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

A few suggestions
* Please use effective title for the website... use at least a couple of keywords
* The readability is not good of the yellow colored links in the left bot and is is mixing with the green color
* Same with the "PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF FUTURE RESULTS. DERIVATIVE TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING FUTURES, ARE COMPLEX AND CARRY AN HIGH DEGREE OF RISK. THEY ARE INTENDED FOR KNOWLEDGEABLE INVESTORS. PLEASE READ OUR"
* Site is neatly done......
* Can utilise the top image more effectively
* Also can give a two line write up about your company.

Some of them are already in place. What do you mean "can utilise top image more effectively". Work on the color, shape, position? Or find anotherkind?

Hi,
Here's my first impression of your site:
The green background with yellow and white lettering is a little hard on my eyes, it's difficult to read.
The site is very wide, with a lot of wasted space on each side.
The top image doesn't compliment your site at all. How about a simple logo, or something that represents your company.

When viewed in 800X600 the page is very lopsided as you have to scroll. Keep in mind, a lot of us Cromagnon Computer users still like/use 800X600.
The main page has a confusing over use of colors and bold. Simplify with one color and judicious use of bold. Personally, the green scheme isn't working for me, but we all know how montitors have ways of being tricky. 
I'd recommend aligning the menu to the left rather than centering it.
Your contact email picture, though spam friendly, is not customer friendly. Consider trying a free online email scrambler instead.
