Interesting idea. Not exactly sure how you are going to get the site pushed up very high on the various search engines though. Not much organic keyword content and these days, Frames are not well liked by the various major search engines.
On your FAQ page, you need some review of the grammar and of some of the claims you make since while they may be true some day, as of now, they are not. For instance:
What's the benefit in buying your ad space?
Your image and link to your site will be on one of the most popular advertising sites on the internet
After a person pays you the $100 to place an ad, you say they will immediately receive some unspecified sum of money from $0 to $1,000,000 but no mention of how the amount will be calculated.

Hi -
You've compressed your images too much - they're heavily pixelated and the red text in the ad space box has artifacts around it, as does your header.
The main thing about your site is that when I go to it, I don't understand what it is. The main page makes me think it might be a scam since it never explains what it is but rather offers a million dollars. Combine that with all caps conjures up "scam" to me.
You have some typos on the "buy space" page. When you click on "buy now" at the bottom, you get an error.
The yellow highlighted text in the FAQ section is distracting and there is a grey box before the answer on #2 and a black box after.
