Interesting site.
I think you do yourself a disservice by combining the sale of web site design, statues, jewelery, and a few other things on the same web site.
The mass of words just below your copyright statement will (rightly) be seen by search engines as spamming and will hurt your ranking.
There are a few gramatical goofs on the home page and if you are selling yourselves as web site designers, you cannot afford to have that. Also the two links at top labeled "About Us" even though one of them goes to a products page that, even more than the home page, is very spammy.
Take a look on this forum for topics dealing with 301 Redirects. You have some problems.
site:domain.com shows 123 pages but considers them duplicates after displaying the first 49.

Im sorry but this is gonna be a harsh review from my part. 
I would change my buisnies completely if i where you.
In your post here its stated you are a web designing company.
By looking at your site your not good at it. Not at all actually.
I wouldnt hire you if my life depended on it =(
You got missed links. many pages looks diferent. You are advertising for other design companys to ?
You messed up the meta tags.
If you want to be a web design company you need to remove everything and start over.
I suggest hiring a good design company to do the layout for you
