Name of Site/Business: Online & Email Marketing Services in Pakistan.
Site's Main Purpose: Information
Please Review the following:
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
Additional Comments/Notes
I am trying to improve Google PR of my website but it is somehow stuck at 1 for many months. Please note that PR of two sub-directories is 2 ( /nishat/ and /central/ ).
Critical review from SEO perspective, comments & suggestions would be of great help!

here's another twist:
I recently made a new website: horizoncomputers.info which is a single page website and its PR is already 3. Please note following related facts:
1- horizoncomputers.info domain was created on Feb 06, 2006 where as badar.com.pk was created on May 07, 2002
2- This new website of Horizon Computers has zero back links where as mine has atleast some in Google and other SE's
Question: How come such a new website has higher PR as compared to an old one like mine?
In order to identify "potential" future back links, I generally try another query in Google (with quotes) - "horizoncomputers.info" . This helps list those pages which are not shown using the "link:" option. Compare this:
1- "horizoncomputers.info" results on Google - 3
2- "badar.com.pk" results on Google - 377
Do u still think that horizoncomputers.info should have a PR3 and badar.com.pk should have PR1?

Clean up some of the errors found when you run your site through http://validator.w3.org/
Try a google search for site:badar.com.pk/ . The results are sort of scary.
