Name of Site/Business: Pagerank10 - The PR10 Experiment
Site's Main Purpose: Advertising (eg Banners, Google Adsense etc.)
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

LOL - very interesting idea. I hope it does well at making money for you.
You need to push the W3 DOCTYPE info to the very top of the page. Otherwise, the site is not validated using the info provided and the XHTML 1.0 Transitional that is used based on the site layout isn't working well.
Since the basic premise you are using is flawed and since you won't attract folks who know much about SEO, you might be doing yourself a favor if you cherrypicked some articles and linked to them (or even wrote something yourself and added it to another page on your site) rather than suggesting folks read about SEO.

Glad you find it interesting  , it will be interesting to see if it works, the hardest thing is to get the ball rolling, then hopefully it will grow by itself.
Thanks very much in taking the time to review the site, you make some very valuable and useful points.
I do have a blog on the site, but as you say I really need to write about page rank and SEO.
My main concern is how would google view the site?, I did have google ads on there, but I had a funny feeling they may not like the idea so I removed them, you never know with google... its a funny animal
