Name of Site/Business: Whitby Fishing club
Site's Main Purpose: Fun/Leisure
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
Additional Comments/Notes
Hi,
My site will mean relatively little to most of you so please dont rate it too much on its content. Really all im looking for is tips for SEO as the site appears well in yahoo and msn but is off the radar in google on most searches other than a specific search for whitbyseaanglersassociation.
Dont worry about upsetting me. Please be frank. I aim to convert to css as much as possible next winter when time allows but would like tips for seo now.
Kind regards - Glenn

- I found your top menu confusing. I read them as follow:
HOME JUNIORS, RESULTS TIDES, POSITIONS GUESTBOOK ..
- Move your CSS code to external file.
- Use style class for P tag instead of using HTML code like this:
font color="#000080"
- Move style code from HTML tags to external CSS file.
- You need to edit latest.gif to make the white background. IMO, it will look better.
- I don't like your current text font. IMO, verdana / Tahoma / Georgia will look better. But it's my opinion.

I would use verdana or Tahoma for P and Georgia for heading. I would use one font only for all headings.

Definitely Verdana for body text - I like Trebuchet MS for headers.
