Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Well laid out site, with good architecture. It does seem that you are working too hard to keyword load your "top 10" list on the home page, several of the 10 are redundant. This is a very important part of your site, and at the risk of losing a few copies of the phrase "San Diego" you might make it more compelling for your visitors. You mention on your contact page that live chat is available, but I could not find the link.

Looks very clean at the top but that header doesn't quite fit.
Use more CSS! It will help make the text more interesting.
Flash is generally not good for SEO but you do have alternate links if I've not mistaken.
