I like it a LOT. I WANT ONE! The pictures do the selling for you. It is everyone's paradise. Well structured site, and easy to navigate.
Having said that:
I think the text might be a little bit small and difficult to read.
I think that you might want to put something up about the "soft lunch". . . what is it? We saw the pictures of people, but it looked like something prospective buyers could do. If they can do that, you want to encourage them to visit for this "soft lunch" program.
Maybe put down the ability (if you can lease it and how much the rooms would be leased for) to sublease your condo for extra income when you aren't using it.
Maybe put something about travel to and from the islands. . . where can you catch a plane, how much does it cost for the plane, where can you catch a ferry (if there is one) and things like that.
Also, you might want to put links to other places on the island or surrounding islands to show people what there is to do there other than just buy the perfect, beautiful, and wonderful condo.
Great site though, I wish I was there.

It's a very pleasing looking site. The colors work great.
My gripes would be...
You have a fixed width of 620, it looks lonely at 1024x768. Then you squish the text into an even smaller i-frame and make me scroll to read it when so much of the screen is wasted space. The text does not adjust to my browser settings, so if I enlarge my font, it drifts off the i-frame and is impossible to read and I can't scroll horizontally even if I wanted to try to read it.
The text in the flash logo is too small for my eyes, and I find the animation unnecessary.
I'd consider making the gallery click-based instead of rolling. Maybe it's my uber-fast cable connection, but it rolled around so fast it was hard to stop on an image.

Thanks JeromeQ for the feedback....I am going to work on getting the text more readable....that seems to be a common complaint.
