Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?

Site seems ok for it's purpose (information), however, I would extend the gradient you have going on the left to bring it further into the website, so it makes it look less plain.
I haven't noticed any typos or grammer, so you're alright there, plus all images loaded fine (in firefox, haven't tried IE or Op).
The site has a neat, clean look to it, and the only thing that makes it look slightly messy would be the acne forehead picture.
However, I understand that you need a picture of the condition for people to recognise and relate to, but it might be worth trying a few different pics in different places, maybe try one without a crop.
That's all I've got for now, hope it makes sense and helps you in some way or another

Hi:
i could notice two major issues on your homepage.
1) one of the images did not download properly.
2) different fonts used.
it hampers the professional image of the website.
