Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
Additional Comments/Notes
This site ranks well with msn and yahoo when keywords are searched, but not with google.Any particular reason?

Q1.Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
In general the navigation is clear and easy to understand. You have got
a separate sets of links on each page which are part of the main menu.
I've never seen that before.
On the firefox browser and the Netscape browser the navigation elements
do not render properly all of the time. In IE there is no problem.
Q2.Appearance/Attractiveness
The site has a very professional look and feel to it. You have put some
thought into the design.
Q3.Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
At the moment Google is not seeing any pages linking to your so your page
ranking is low. You may need to consider linking to other relevant sites
or including your site in well ranked business directories.
You have some duplication of meta content and description tags in your
pages. Google does not like duplication.
Entering your URL into the W3C validator tool (http://validator.w3.org)
produced 38 error for the first page. Well formed HTML helps a site ranking.
Overall an excellent site with great potential...congratulations!

My two cents ...
Although you didn't mention grammar etc in what you wanted reviewed but here are a few comments ...
The image on the left that says CONTACT LENS ... since people generally purchase them in pairs would it be more appropriate to say CONTACT LENSES? (plural)
In your welcome paragraph (Nethradhama Superspeciality Eye Hospital is a hightec Eye Hospital offering comprehensive Eye Care facilities in Bangalore, India.)
You mentioned the word hightec. Is this a word specific to your industry? Or should it say high tech instead?
You have a link at the bottom that says MEDICAL / HEALTH INSURANCE. (All the industries and corporate
sectors have standardized medical costs for their employees by medical reimbursement..)
First, there are two periods at the end of the sentence. If the sentence is meant to continue, you need three periods. (There are a few links on this page that have the same issue.)
There is also a break after the word "corporate". If you remove this the next word (sectors) would be right beside it. And I think it would read easier of you remove your second word in this sentence (the).
