Name of Site/Business: Small Business CRM
Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar
Images failing to load
Is the Contact, Privacy and Legal information adequate in relation to main purpose of site?
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
Additional Comments/Notes
The website was launched early this year. It ranks 53 in Google for the keywords Small Business CRM, but is yet to catch up on other CRM related keywords. Any comments in this regard are also welcome. Thanks for your time.

Good design, its clear and factual - I like the overall feel.
A couple of quick notable points :-
1) Its been designed in frontpage so you may need to go over some "html standards" (is doesn't have a !doctype and may cause some spider / browser issues) - seemed fine on my system though
2) Purchase - I wouldn't necessarily use discount as an opening statement. Its sometimes better to focus on the quality of the product and also it might help to have "or call us for..." - this gives the customer reassurance that you are more than just an online transactional service
3) Key words - you use CRM in the metatags but not in title descriptions or Headers? This could be a problem unless potential clients actually search for "WinZeal" as a product.
Other than that, keep reading the boards here for loads more tips and ideas !
