Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar

I think the background of the text portions could and should be lightened up. That dark of a background and black text could trigger a migraine for anyone!
As far as navigation, very clear and easy.
Images loaded a bit slow, especially on the homepage. Perhaps you could have one smiling image that says it all vs. that many individual pics to speed loading. Also, you might want to have an attribute tag to say what pics are for 508 compliance...
Nice site though. I hope it helps lots of folks. If you get a link exchange program let me know (re your aromatherapy piece)

I suffer from migraines myself and having almost recovered from one earlier today I found browsing your site very interesting. You provide a great amount of information which, in my case, lead to more interest in your product. The problem is I only seek out this kind of information/product when I've had a bad time with migraines, as I would imagine a habit a good few other migraine sufferers follow, this unfortunately means some of your visitors have a migraine or still haven't fully recovered from one whilst browsing your site. Whilst looking through your pages I felt that too many blue boxes were shouting out at me, it could get a little confusing at times and also in your logo area is a sun with shining rays, a nightmare for anyone with a migraine. Overall I like your site a lot, the information you provide and the layout is excellent, I just feel as your are aiming at migraine sufferers it could do with warmer colours and a little less of the boxes with titles and links.
