Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar
Images failing to load
Is the Contact, Privacy and Legal information adequate in relation to main purpose of site?
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Hi , This is an elearning website on Entreprenuerial Management Education. I am looking for sales of my short term and long term courses in elearning. I had a very good experience and a Professor of lot of renowned business school. I want to extend it to web. My virtual classroom is supported by webex an is a very quality classroom. But my teaching experience and course structures are also quite good as per feedback from my students. I need a step by step help on how to generate sales in my website and what are the changes I would be doing in the website for that.

Hi,
It's an interesting site. I don't know what you're trying to rank for though. First of all I would remove from your title tag Allindialive it has no bearing on your rankings, next if you want to rank for entrepreneurship, then put a pipe symbol after the word. it's sought after about 18k per month at Overature.
Business consulting is good also about 18k. I'd go like this for your title

You can get a copy of good keywords from softnick.com
As for step by step on how to get sales, you should not word things the way you do: Synchronous And Asynchronous Elearning Model
I'm not really the person to tell you how to write sales copy, but trying writing about the benefits of your course. What is the end result?
