Site's Main Purpose: Advertising (eg Banners, Google Adsense etc.)

Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?

Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?

Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?

Appearance/Attractiveness



Additional Comments/Notes
Hey Guys,

Any thoughts about my site? Do you fully understand the concept after reading the "about us"? Is this a silly idea, or does it have potential? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
