Name of Site/Business: English Agency - Czech Republic

Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales

Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?

Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?

Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?

Appearance/Attractiveness

Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Additional Comments/Notes
The site has been running for over 6 months. After a 2 month campaign with Adwords, it didn't generate any income (new customers), only visits. Can you see any mistakes? Also, my PR is low and I don't see my site appearing in the search engines. I'm very confused about Keywords and Description and how they influence search engines. Please advise. regards, Dean

I think you have made some fundamental mistakes. This is quite an attractive site with loads of info and so you should close business. Here is why you may be having trouble:

1. spelling mistake on your home page "we will provide the rhird time for free". Correct grammar and spelling is essential if you are selling services such as yours (the prospective customer is thinking "if they can't get their spelling correct on the most important page of their website, how can I rely on them to get things right for my work?"wink

2. Google Adsense Ads. As soon as I see Adsense advertisements I immediately think "spivs". It would be different if your site just contained free information - everyone accepts that free sites have to find some way of at least offsetting the costs. But you are charging fees for services. Get those advs off your site immediately if you want to sell your services.

3. the Adsense advs will be reducing your Google PageRank

4. your home page does not do a good enough job of convincing me to go further into your site. Why not? Because you need to have more "sell" e.g. "Let us take the headaches of dealing in a foreign country away from you. For a very reasonable rate we can make your life easier and also help ensure your success. See how ...." (and link the see how to some other page) Something along those lines.

5. some of your pages do not contain meta description and meta keywords e.g. translations.htm

6. you probably need a more quality inbound links

My 2 cents. Help it helps.
