Name of Site/Business: HDPE nets, PE Shade Nets from KT Europe Ltd
Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar
Images failing to load
Is the Contact, Privacy and Legal information adequate in relation to main purpose of site?
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

First thing I got was an Explorer popup saying: "Do you want this site to access your clipboard?" Get rid of that asap.
The page is graphically appealing.
Not knowing much about shade nets, I was frustrated not to find more information. I would have liked more pictures and more information.
Put in place a redirect from the non-www to the www url of your site.
These are the most urgent things I can see.

For all new pages, make all your URLs all lower case. If the site is very new, then also do this for all existing pages.

as stated, whats the clipboard message about. thats a good way to scare your customers away.
You should have a unigue title on each page
You should have a sitemap and then submit it to the search engines
site does look realy good. nice template
