Name of Site/Business: Presale Central

Site's Main Purpose: Information

Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?

Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?

Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?

Appearance/Attractiveness

Typos and grammar

Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Additional Comments/Notes
I am in the process of adding new content to my website like a directory for ticket related sites. I am also focusing on getting backlinks for my website to increase it's PageRank.

For starters -
1. The site loads quickly. This is always a plus for me.
2. Upon validation at W3 there were 88 html errors. You may try using it and see. I tried using <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> and only received 29 errors.
3. The Add Your Site Form was not visible in IE or Firefox.
4. Over all the site looks well but took me a few moments to
get a grasp on the message.
I think you have the right idea. Like the rest of us just keep plugging away.

i did a search for your site on google and guess what i found

your site does not return in the search results for itself
presalecentral.net

you have used many link exchange programs, i suggest you cease this. these are going to work against you. read up on the forum about how to get inbound links.

you have broken links on your page, i would drop the bookmark us link, it doesn't work and people use the one in their browser anyway

I would also remove most of your meta tags, these are useless
<meta name="OWNER" CONTENT="support@presalecentral.net">
<meta name="AUTHOR" CONTENT="Jasiel Moreno">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="CONTENT-LANGUAGE" CONTENT="English">
<meta name="rating" content="general" />
<meta name="revisit-after" content="7 Days" />
<meta name="expires" content="never" />
<meta name="distribution" content="global" />

I would also lose all of the repeated <p>&nbsp;</p>
it appears that this was added to correct errors in the page layout (check your table structure)
absolute positioning is much better

also, what does ip proxies, time zone charts and the firefox download have to do with your site. i would remove them

also, from a marketing standpoint, you are selling a product, the last thing you want to do is send your customers to a site where they can get the item for free or without paying you. keep your buyers on your site and remove the links to the other ticket sites unless you are a member of their affiliate programs. if so, make sure you have your tracking code in the links and that they are tracking.

as for the validation errors, your code is very poor. if you are starting out and doing it yourself, i applaud you and encourage you to keep working on it. you are definitely on the right track
