Site's Main Purpose: Information
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?

Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar
Images failing to load
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?
Additional Comments/Notes
Our web guy just finished up the web site about a month ago. I'm not new to computers, but new to search engine optimization. Any insights would help, I don't know where to start to get my site on the search engines. I added my url on google but that didn't really do much.
I am thinking of hiring someone to optimize it for me, any ideas, referrals or advice on that? Thanks a lot.

Hi,
All your thumbnails are 600k each. This means when you have 4 on a page your page size is 2.5mb. Thats terrible for people on dialup or a slower broadband speed. It's even worse on individual property pages - 7.5mb+.
If you don't know much about SEO and need to generate organic search engine traffic, then you'll definitely need the help of a SEO. Your area (i.e. residential real estate) of the search market is very competitive and this site as it is today, will never be found in searches.
I would add that even with the best SEO in the world, the site, if it continues to have very limited content, as it does now, it will really struggle.
I would recommend about a dozen or more "information" pages - i.e. pages of tips. This will help your visitors and search engines.
Another point - there is no "Home" button on any page.
Finally, if I were to SEO this site I would wanting to make changes to the page structure (not visible to visitors - I would be changing the code). This is due to the competitiveness of the residential real estate sector - you need to use nearly every trick in the book to get rankings.
Try to add some more keyword rich written content (say another 100 words) to the home page e.g. about how people inspect and bid for these homes.
Hope this helps.
