Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Typos and grammar
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Many thousands of pages contain the (untrue) slogan: "we create unique, safe and effective products that help people supplement their lives".
if you want your site to do well, you simply have to make it better than the other 15,000.
Not difficult!
Start by writing your own, original, unique, accurate and reader-friendly content.
Once you have a site that impresses human beings, you are well on the way to impressing the SEs.
But if those humans think "not another clone" - chances are, the SEs are thinking "not another clone" as well.

I have studied holistic treatments for over 25 yrs, and am saying that to say this - I have been to a LOT of these type of web sites over the years since going online.
From my own personal point of view - I really like the sites lay out. Very easy to use.
I would add a search feature within the site, and I would add a article section that is updated often.
Search your competitors sites and see what they have or what they don't have and make yours BETTER!
Your SEO end needs some work as well.
You are in a HUGE competition field and like Quad said if your are going to make it you MUST be the BEST !

to see if the content of your site is indexed well use 'cached text only' on google to see if the page is easy indexed, also its good to use your main keywords in the title,meta description ,headings but from the looks and design the site is well established.

Your site is pleasing to the eye. And it is easily navigated. I would suggest that you incorporate a search box, if possible. And I noticed one typo. If you pull up an individual product, look at the International Phone call line. You have two "i's" in the word International.
I also like the money back guarantee as a customer.
