The biggest issue for me was that the load speed was very very very slow. This might just be a temporary problem but it was so slow for me that I was just about to move on when it eventually loaded. I dont think that the problem is on my end. The second issue for me was that I felt that the large graphic (Man with Globe Behind), whilst good on the home page, was not neccessary on the internal pages and I disliked the fact that I had to scroll down to get the information that I wanted.
