For me, the problem is that neither the title no the front page make it clear what the focus of the site is - even some of the forum headings are confusing, and many of the posts don't seem to fit at all.

I'm guessing that you paid some organisation to populate the forums, and that organisation was, um, les than perfect.

Additionally, many of these posts occurred almost simultaneously, and have had zero response. And that's a real killer.

I'd suggest you re-do the header, cut back on subforums (no forum goes from nothing to huge overnight), sticking to the areas you are expert in.

Then go through removing inappropriate posts, and replying to those that deserve a reply. Be willing to spend a few hours a week, logging in at least twice a day, until the forum has grown legs.

Once the forum works well, THEN you can think about SEO.

But don't expect an easy ride. There are many, many forums out there, most run for love, and very few make serious money. It'll be a lot of hard work to get it off the ground.

Wow it looks good. I like the blue background, it really looks "fresh". Yes, there is nowhere a title, so I can't really see what the purpose of this site is. (except something about tutorials, but that doesn't take me any further)

For the rest it looks great.
