Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Typos and grammar
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

There are hundreds of thousands of car rental sites; if you seriously intend to compete, you'll need to start by getting a web site of your own.
Then take a look at the competition.
Once you have a site that capable of competing, we'll be happy to help.
Meanwhile, the link in your post will have little value - and will be removed, soon, anyway.
