Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales

Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness

Cart2Buy is a google checkout shopping cart that helps user integrating with Google Checkout without writing any code. I would appreciate your Comments/Feedback about the site.
